Hands Together for Haitians, Inc. is a federally and state registered nonprofit corporation.  It has obtained 501(C)(3) status from the IRS and contributions to it are deductible.  There are no paid solicitors and 100% of each contribution is received by the Corporation for its general nonprofit purposes, which includes assisting the local Haitian immigrant population with transition from living in their native country to living in the United States, and in Haiti we strive to build sustainable programs to support those who are suffering from a lack of adequate nutrition, clean water, health care, education, employment & social programs.
